Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  
• 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
  
• Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) is preferred
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong motivation to achieve the department’s goals.
  
• Strive for continuous improvement
  

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment – creating and maintaining job requisitions, reviewing, and screening job applicants, working closely with hiring managers in scheduling interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
  
• Responsible for onboarding of new employees.
  
• Processing new employee performance check-ins with managers.
  
• Responsible for working with managers on employee separations including conducting exit interviews.
  
• Coordinate the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes.
  
• Conduct health and welfare benefits open enrollment meetings and employee meetings to update or roll out other benefits-related programs as needed.
  
• Maintaining all department tracking logs as well as HR procedures and desk manuals.
  
• Assisting HR Manager with yearly performance evaluations.
  
• Must have clear and professional communication skills to maintain working relationships with all employees.
