Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Splunk Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Splunk and Cribl platform in an enterprise environment. This role will own end-to-end platform delivery, ensuring efficient data ingestion, governance, and alignment with business and security objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a key stakeholder interface while driving platform strategy, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Splunk & Cribl platform , including data ingestion, performance, and reliability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Splunk use cases and solutions .
• Define and manage the Splunk roadmap and backlog , balancing operational support and strategic enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned with data strategy, regulatory requirements, and future initiatives .
• Ensure data governance, access control, and compliance across all environments.
• Monitor platform performance and define KPIs to measure system health and business impact .
• Provide regular reporting and insights to demonstrate value delivered through Splunk solutions.
• Drive best practices, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and reduce dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Splunk architecture, administration, and engineering .
• Strong expertise in Splunk data ingestion, indexing, search optimization, and dashboarding .
• Experience working with Cribl or similar data pipeline tools .
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks .
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance data platforms .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .
• Experience in roadmap planning, backlog management, and Agile environments .

Nice to Have

• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Exposure to observability, SIEM, or log analytics solutions
