What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, or group counseling
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other behavioral health and healthcare professionals
- Support clients in achieving meaningful treatment goals
What We're Looking For
- Active LPC, LPCC, or equivalent state counseling license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
