Seeking a proven Inside Loan Officer to originate and close real estate investor loans through a national lending platform.

This opportunity is designed for a producer with an active book of business, established investor relationships, and a demonstrated ability to self-source, structure, and close loans at high volume. Private Lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) lending experience is strongly preferred.

The production target is $3 million or more in funded loans per month, with particular interest in originators producing $4 million, $5 million, or more monthly.

Company-provided leads supplement and grow an existing book of business. Successful candidates will continue generating their own opportunities while converting additional company leads into funded production.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant loan origination or lending sales experience.
\n
• An established, active book of business and direct relationships with real estate investors.
\n
• Private Lending, BPL, and DSCR origination experience strongly preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated success as a high-volume originator and closer; $3 million or more in monthly funded production strongly preferred.
\n
• Proven ability to self-source business and develop investor relationships.
\n
• A transferable pipeline is a significant plus.
\n
• Strong phone-based sales skills, including establishing value, overcoming objections, and asking for the business.
\n
• Financial acumen and confidence discussing leverage, credit, pricing, deal structure, and financing options.
\n
• Consistent follow-up and strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline.
\n
• A competitive, persuasive, resilient, coachable, and accountable approach.
\n
• Ability to work in office in Tampa and participate in local events and industry travel.
\n
• Candidates of all education levels will be considered.
